What if the Super Visa application is refused?
Many insurers offer a process to request cancellation after a documented visa refusal. Whether the full amount is refundable, an administrative fee applies, or a monthly-payment deposit is handled differently depends on the specific policy and supporting documents.
What if parents return home early?
Some contracts permit partial refunds on unused coverage after early return, often subject to no claims and proof of departure. Other restrictions may apply. An instalment billing arrangement does not guarantee unused instalments are refundable or automatically cancelled.
What if travel dates change?
Before coverage begins, ask the insurer whether dates can be adjusted, what effective date is recorded, and whether written confirmation will be issued. Coverage already in effect can be treated differently.
